Inspired by the concept of a pier, this house has its foundation close to the lake, extending towards it like a pier. A pier represents a transition space from land to water, and this house aims to provide people with a sense of connection between nature and humanity. It invites you to step out of your comfort zone and venture beyond the riverbanks, opening up to new experiences and discoveries.

With its clean lines and minimalist design, the house is both functional and a perfect weekend retreat or escape from the busy city life. We have chosen natural materials such as concrete and wood to create harmony and balance between nature and the house. Sliding doors are incorporated throughout, allowing us to open up the house to the external environment and connect the indoors with the outdoors.

Whether it's a summer vacation home or an Airbnb getaway, spend a night here and feel the river breeze while witnessing the sunrise reflected on the water directly from your bed.

Inside the house, you'll find a minimalist interior in shades of white, gray, and wood. The entrance to the house is through a central structural block, which houses the main rooms that require careful planning. We have also utilized this structural block to house the water tank and integrate the fireplace flue.

As you enter the house, you'll walk through a glass corridor adorned with cabinets, which not only serve as closets and pantries but also conceal the entrances to the hall and bathroom.

To the right, you'll find the integrated kitchen and laundry area, bathed in abundant natural light and boasting a modern design.

In the center of the house, we have created a cozy living room with a grand fireplace for chilly days. At the end of the house, floating above the lake, you'll discover the bedroom.
